What is yoga pant? Yoga pant is a flexible and form-fitting pant that designed for yoga activities. The yoga pant is suitable for activities that involve a lot of movement, bending and stretching. The pant is generally made of cotton, spandex, nylon, polyester or a similarly light and stretchy synthetic material. Yoga pant usually tight-fitted, and have an elastic waistband folded over at the top.
Although the yoga pant is designed specifically for yoga, the pant is also worn casually by many women.
